Our founders, Erik Gallardo and Celina Tuturman, lived first-hand what it means to manage properties: constant calls, issues, maintenance coordination, and lack of time. A common reality for many owners. We grew up seeing how, behind every property, there are years of effort. Families balancing work, investments, and daily management without a system to facilitate it. That is why we created EasyRent. To professionalize rental management in Valencia and allow owners to convert their property into a profitable investment, without having to handle the operations.
