Our Story

Easyrent was created to make life easier for property owners throughout the Valencia region. Founded in 2021 by Erik Gallardo and Celina Tuturman, the company grew from the experience and shared commitment of an entrepreneurial couple.

Raised in a hardworking Valencian family, the founder grew up watching his father work in construction and his mother run her own food business — both working full-time while raising two children and managing multiple rental properties. Some of those properties were inherited, others acquired through years of hard work and sacrifice.

Cleaning, tenant calls, maintenance — it all added up to little time left to rest or enjoy the well-earned rewards of their effort. That early exposure to resilience and real estate laid the foundation for what would later become Easyrent.  

We’ve experienced firsthand what many property owners go through — juggling full-time jobs, family responsibilities, tenant calls about a leak or a repair, and the constant task of keeping up with rent payments.

And that’s why we created Easyrent — to give property owners back their time, so they can focus on what truly matters: family, rest, or personal projects.

Erik Gallardo is a 36-year-old entrepreneur from Valencia who has shaped his career through studies in the United Kingdom and experience across various sectors in both national and international companies.

As the owner of several properties in Barcelona and Valencia, Erik recognized the urgent need to modernize the real estate industry through digital services tailored to today’s market.

With real estate being one of the safest forms of investment, he believes professional management is essential to truly protect and grow that value.

Celina Tuturman brings over a decade of experience in Barcelona, where she worked in a mentoring firm supporting family-owned businesses. Her approach combines professionalism, empathy, and a deep understanding of operational excellence.

In an increasingly digital world, Celina believes that technology should enhance—not replace—the human side of service. She specializes in implementing smart systems, automation, and digital tools that streamline operations while keeping the client experience personal and responsive.
